Content Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join Oliver Spencer & Favourbrook’s London team as a Content Manager. We’re looking for an organised, creative and entrepreneurial individual to lead and manage content strategy for Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook across marketing, ecommerce and digital channels.

Brand Marketing

  • Owning and creating the Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook content strategy; ensuring this aligns with brand marketing objectives.
  • Working with the Marketing and eCommerce team to ensure a consistent brand tone of voice is delivered through social media (including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram), direct email and on oliverspencer.co.uk
  • Manage the production of all Oliver Spencer content; creating visual moodboards, sourcing models, location scouting, producing shot lists, styling and art direction.
  • Working with the content team through post-shoot editing process to ensure we are maximising asset potential and usage.
  • Campaign production, models, location scouting, managing shoot budgets, etc.
  • Where required support content team with video, stills content and editing.

Social Media

  • Manage social media strategy across all active platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and oversee the content production and execution.
  • Manage the social media content calendar for Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook, and clearly communicate plans with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing team to create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms that align with marketing activity and goals.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on social media performance and community engagement.
  • Identify and engage potential talent and influencers for upcoming campaigns and social partnerships
  • Advise and support the marketing / content team with art direction, styling and photoshoot production to deliver content that aligns with long-term content strategy and brand goals.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Manager on paid social campaigns to maximise brand reach and engagement.

eCommerce

  • Manage production of eCommerce assets for Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook website. Ensure assets are handed to eCommerce team ahead of product launch campaigns.
  • Managing campaign launches with all Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook content to ensure that all content is factually correct and presentable.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in social media, art direction or content production for luxury brands.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, technology, and marketing opportunities and how to implement them at luxury level.
  • Experience with image and video editing software within the Adobe creative suite.
  • A natural inclination to deliver and embrace creative and innovative ideas
  • A team mentality and keen collaborator.
  • A passion for style, menswear, design, and the Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook brands.
  • Evidence in prior commercial roles of creating strong and engaging content.

This is a full-time role, permanently based at our HQ on in Lambs Conduit Street, Holborn in London and your working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. You may be required to travel on occasions.
