Followers of Favourbrook will be well acquainted with our perennial Eton coat silhouette, one of our most popular coat shapes we've made. Defined by its at-the-knee finish, scalloped hem, and grown-on collar, the Eton coat has evolved to become an incredible sophisticated and versatile coat for dressy events. Embellished with beautiful embroidery details and a flatteringly svelte silhouette, it has always been a favourite among our customers.
One iteration we're particularly proud of is this season's Eton coat in Petrol Nith. Cut from a rich silk velvet fabric, the coat is striking for its incredible petrol blue tone, made all the more eye-catching by the delicately complex embroidery detail rising from the scalloped hem. The coat also features two flap pockets at the hips and a subtle two-button closure at the front. The petrol blue colour is a vibrant tone for daywear, but it can also hold its own as a chic eveningwear coat. Moreover, under low light, the nuances of the fabric and embroidery really come to life.
