After what has seemed like the longest month ever, we're very happy to announce that our stores will once again be open from December 2nd and - fingers crossed - will remain so forever after! While life certainly won't go back to normal immediately, we're hoping that we'll all be able to get dressed up for Christmas and enjoy the company of friends, family and loved ones.
Looking further afield, we see the prospect of a very busy wedding year in 2021 after so many thousands of couples had to cancel or push back their respective big days this year. This makes it doubly important for gents to book their morning suit appointments in advance to ensure a stress-free fitting process (you wouldn't believe how late some grooms have left this before!) Our new personal shopping service will be able to facilitate all of your needs so drop us a line and arrange a suitable time to speak with one of our formalwear experts.

Similarly, Royal Ascot looks increasingly likely to be a runner this year provided we're all suitably vaccinated by June. It's likely to be the highlight of the season, and although Digital Royal Ascot made the very best out of a bad situation this year, there's nothing quite like getting dressed up in your finest morning dress and watching the races in 4D!
The Season of Goodwill and Great Gifts
Next week, we're also launching our annual gift guide, featuring a number of curations of our favourite pieces to give to loved ones this Xmas. For the men, we have a vast array of sartorial accessories online, including bow ties, ties, and our famous waistcoats, while not to mention plenty of stunning blazers, dinner jackets and smoking jackets, perfect for those grand gestures.
Our lady's gift guide is replete with stunning cocktail dresses, winter-ready velvet coats, a host of short blousons, plus much more. What better way to sign off 2020 than by treating yourself to one of our investment pieces, which you'll wear and cherish for years and years to come. With any luck, 2021 will be filled with myriad opportunities to revisit the more glamorous pieces in our collective wardrobe and allow us to once again celebrate the joy of getting dressed up!
The Register
Also look out for a festive special edition of The Register in the first week of December, our new monthly newsletter featuring a smorgasbord of fantastic editorial from all over the web. Without spilling too much of the cranberry sauce, we've packed in a gobbler of a short story by the brilliant Alice Munro, and a profile on Frank Sinatra that became the seminal piece of New Journalism in the '60s, plus lots more to kick back and relax to.
