A New Level of Personal Shopping

A New Level of Personal Shopping

There are levels to the retail shopping experience. For most stores, the bar is set at turning out a nice-looking store with well-presented garments and friendly, helpful staff. At Favourbrook Womenswear, these things are non-negotiable - the bare minimum. Ever since we opened nearly two decades ago, our modus operandi has been to provide the most personal service possible, using every inch of our team's vast experience to ensure that every woman that leaves our store, does so with a skip in her step and a smile on her face, happy in the knowledge that when she next puts on the garments in her bag, she will feel supremely confident and visibly radiant.

The Favourbrook shopping experience starts with our team, consisting of Theresa, and Suki. It would be no exaggeration to say that between them they have forgotten more about event-dressing than this particular writer could ever pretend to know about it. Their collective knowledge of style etiquette at events such as weddings and Royal Ascot is second to none, deftly guiding our customers around any potential pitfalls, and ensuring their day is full of joy and compliments. Together, their style acumen is unbeatable and they will always help you come to the best decision.

Coming into our flagship store on Pall Mall is a personal shopping experience. Of course, you can browse to your heart's content, but you'll get so much out of explaining your preferences and needs to Theresa and Suki, who can then expertly lead you through the myriad options. For the most part, we create very limited runs of our coats, jackets and dresses - typically no more than one in every size. This gives you a great deal of confidence that you're highly unlikely to ever meet another person wearing the same garment as you at the same event. We used to keep a book of every lady who came in to purchase a garment for a specific event to minimise clashing, but unfortunately with the growth of the e-commerce business this is no longer possible!

We expect you to feel like our boutique is your own personal walk-in wardrobe, where trying on any and every permutation of outfit is possible, and in your own time too. Plus, you can call us ahead of a visit to ensure that you have our undivided attention. There are very many good reasons why most of our customers have remained exceedingly loyal to us over the years!

To book an appointment, contact our Womenswear team on +44 (0)207 491 2331 or head to our personal shopping page where we can learn about your requirements and arrange a subsequent appointment.
