AW21: Behind the scenes

AW21: Behind the scenes

It's always fun to shoot seasonal campaigns because it's the first time one really sees the how the collection looks and moves and feels, so we wanted to share with you some of the behind-the-scenes images of our AW21 menswear and womenswear shoot before we launch officially later this month.

Photographed by the brilliant Dan Annett and modelled by Abigail Harrington, the womenswear collection is a wonderful coming together of myriad influences, both vintage and contemporary. With classic silhouettes and stunning fabrics being a canvas for '60s inspired patterns alongside stunning contemporary tones and textures, this is a collection we're really proud of and can't wait for you to give it a whirl!

Timeless yet contemporary and always flattering, there are pieces in this collection that will elevate even the chicest of autumnal wardrobes, especially our winter coats. We've sourced some stunning fabrics including some uniquely beautiful patterns that we have cut in our seasonal long-line silhouettes. Classic elegance combined with a modern sensibility is what defines this AW21 collection.

The menswear collection is replete with all of the traditional formalwear silhouettes that Favourbrook is renowned for, with some new tones and fabrications for this season. Elegant velvet eveningwear is at the heart of our AW21 wardrobe, with some typically sumptuous dinner jackets and smoking jackets primed and ready for a busy social season with any luck!

The shoot was at a stunning residence in Queensway, London, overlooking Hyde Park. With unfinished walls, polished floorboards, stunning ornamental high ceiling, a cornucopia of 60s and 70s-inspired furniture, and an eclectic blend of contemporary art and photography, it felt like the perfect backdrop to showcase the collection.

As fun as these shoots look, they are a lot of hard work so we want to say a huge thanks to Abigail and George for being absolute troopers on what was a scorching hot day, to Naz who is always a star when it comes to making the models look amazing, and to Dan Annett who was and always is absolutely unflappable behind the lens.

Stay posted to our social channels for more news of collection launch timings. As ever, subscribers to our newsletter will be notified first when the collection goes live so if you haven't already signed up, scroll to the bottom of our homepage where you can input your email address and become a part of the Favourbrook community.
