Favourbrook Spring/Summer 21 - The Senses of Occasion

Favourbrook is pleased to announce the launch of its new Spring/Summer 21 collection, “The Senses of Occasion”, which brings into colourful focus the joy of dressing up for those most memorable of events in one’s life. The collection brings together a vast heritage of traditional silhouettes alongside a modern interpretation of pattern, colour and fabric, ensuring that you look refined, elegant and confident for the most important occasions of the Season.

Womenswear Spring/Summer 21

“Many eyes go through the meadow, but few see the flowers in it.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

This season, womenswear doubles down on floral detailing, emphasising a delicate femininity throughout the collection which features classic Favourbrook shapes alongside new, more fluid and voluminous silhouettes. Lightweight chiffon, linen and lustrous silks in a palette of pink, navy, baby blue and aquamarine provide the backdrop for intricate flower prints and embroidery, allowing the flora (rendered figuratively and in abstraction) to take a natural, whimsical journey across dresses and jackets of varying lengths.

From smart cropped blouson jackets and skirts for more formal occasions to a rich, forest green jumpsuit or a psychedelic full-length jacket for turning heads, this collection balances confident femininity with timeless sophistication.

Menswear Spring/Summer 21

“Tradition is not the worship of ashes, but the preservation of fire.”
Gustav Mahler

Favourbrook menswear for Spring/Summer 21 is a celebration of the greatest, most enduring parts of the sartorial tradition but also an acknowledgement of how these integral tenets morph with the times. At the collection’s core is the morning suit, rendered in a number of different fabrics and weights to accommodate for spring and high summer weddings, right through to late autumn celebrations. From recycled cashmere to merino wool. Favourbrook’s morning coats once again set the standard for the most elevated form of formalwear. Waistcoats this season come in a range of silks and linens, exploring a colour palette noted for its soft pastel tones, alongside Favourbrook’s more avant garde styles for which it has become renowned. Underpinning the more formal occasionwear options are a number of Irish linen suits with a flattering cut and soft drape. Linen is also the key fabric across a range of shirts, ensuring your casual attire retains a modern elegance this summer.
