Staff Picks - the best of the SALE

Staff Picks - the best of the SALE

Shopping during a sale period can often be like sifting through the proverbial haystack in search of a small, sharp, steel instrument. Not so at Favourbrook, since our sales tend to be highly curated affairs because we produce small collections with very little waste. But to make shopping our sale even easier, we've enlisted the help of designer Sophie Hives and General Manager Theresa Bodaly, who have each selected three of their favourite pieces to wear now and right through autumn.

Favourbrook Designer, Sophie Hives

Belgravia Coat Creme Darwin Silk Organza

Belgravia Coat Creme Darwin Silk Organza

"I love the intricacy of the embroidery of this beautiful Belgravia coat in silk organza. It's lightweight and yet feels substantial so it will wear throughout the summer and early autumn too, perfect for those late-season weddings. The neutral tone makes it simple to style, too."

Eton Coat Cerulean Blue Aldeburgh Crease Resist Linen

"Fans of our Belgravia coat will adore this crease-resistant linen Eton coat, which features a re-worked bodice, tailored pockets, and back button detailing. With working pockets and full internal lining, it also features French border embroidery with a scalloped edge hem. It's a real show-stopper thanks to that Cerulean blue tone."

Eton Coat Lilac Rossetti Crease Resist Linen

"I couldn't resist not also including this other iteration of the Eton coat, simply because of the colours. They're bold, but not brash, and the climbing floral motif is a real eye-catcher."

Favourbrook General Manager, Theresa Bodaly

Belgravia Coat Dark Brown Vaughan Silk Organza

"Silk organza has to be my favourite fabric when it comes to summer coats. The Belgravia silhouette is one of our most popular and you can see why: svelte and flattering with that subtle flare in the skirt."

 Chelsea Coat Fuchsia Helsinki Linen

"This fitted long-line tailored coat is made from French embroidered linen with simple contrast highlights, return cuffs, working pockets, and a single back vent. But it's that fuschia pink tonality that I can't get enough of."

Serena Circle Dress Azure Moreau Silk Devore Chiffon

"This classic scoop neck dress is expertly cut from luxurious silk georgette. Featuring a full circle skirt, with a satin belt and three quarter length sleeves, it's finished with a concealed zip fastening."
